hello I’m a VIP 4 customer so I spend a lot of money on this web site and it’s the first time that I got that kind of problem . it was dead on arrival so they ask me to sent it back by post with tracking no ups or fedex . that’s watch I did but the package arrived in China and then tracking stop for delivery date ! ( because is not a fedex or ups) then after three weeks in China I asked my refund . they said they didn’t receive the package and they will not refund . son was asking to use the insurance or something I that case but same answer as before :( so i will not order anything from the website anymore.
